This 5K is for all levels - runners, walkers and creepy crawlers!  This timed event begins at West Hills Park and continues down the greenway and back. 

Age and overall winners will be awarded. 

Costumes are HIGHLY encouraged.

The event also includes a Monster Dash for our littlest racers.  This kids fun run is along the loop at West Hills Park.  All participants receive a medal.  

We're also hosting an adaptive event in partnership with Rocky Top Trykes and Dynamic Soccer so everyone can participate! 

All athletes for all events receive a t-shirt if registered before 10/11.
